It is with great pride we recognize the following CK Riders!

 

At our Year End banquet and Awards Night, none smiled more than Coach Kyla while she watched as the members of the CK club giggled and shared horse-stories over great food. Throughout the evening, awards were presented to a few individuals who showed remarkable improvements, dedication and goal achievement. There were many awardsgiven out, here are a few of them!

 

Most Improved Peewee: A young and horse crazy girl named Sadie! Sadie had a few "up's" and "down's" this season. Sadie started out the season at a walk and finished the season competently trotting small patterns. This "stick to it" attitude is why Sadie was awarded the Most Improved Peewee Award!

 

Horizons Horsemanship: This award was difficult to give out. It was very close between a few members again this year! We are very fortunate to have so many riders always going above and beyond in this riding club. This year, Alexis and Celine were given this prestigious award. Horsemanship is about so much more than just showing up for lessons. It's about mentorship, actions, learning, training, commitment, attitude and carrying the spirit of CKHH. Well done ladies! Nitty-Gritty award to Maya K! Getting gritty and being better for it is what this girl showed us this season. Way to GO!

Miracle Mom/Dad Award: Dedication and commitment run deep in this sport. It sure does show when we have families bonding together to get those kids out to the barn! One way or another, their girls were out riding every day they could. Way to go Erica and Joanne!

There were also awards for Most Improved in every age and ability category. Congratulations everyone!
